Why We Built This Site
Georgia court access is spread across custodians and systems. Clerk of Superior Court Rita Harkins keeps the county's Superior record; PeachCourt provides an account-based search and document route; the lower courts and Dahlonega maintain separate channels. We organize verified contacts, portal limits, request steps, and court-class distinctions so a reader can begin with the office that actually holds the matter.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Lumpkin County
- Court dates and settings: how to use court-date sources and confirm a hearing or reset
- Case lookups: how to run a case lookup by party name or exact case number through the correct provider
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the correct custodian
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to any Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits mean:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
